Client: SkyToll, a.s.

As of January 2010, SlovShore has started to provide the complex support services organized within the Service-Desk Unit (24x7x365) for SkyToll – the national operator of the tolling system in Slovakia. Our Service Desk Team is responsible for addressing and solving the requirements of all users across the client’s organization in cooperation with the international suppliers of critical tolling systems and applications that are located offsite (Norway, Austria, etc.).
