Since 2007, SlovShore provides as the sourcing partner of Hewlett Packard continuous monitoring and system administration services (24x7x365) for the Datacenter of the Ministry of Finance in Slovak Republic. Our team is organized within the User Support Center (CPU) located in Bratislava, Slovakia and currently comprises app 20 IS/IT experts. Under strict SLA, the User Support Center collects and analyses the calls from end-users, provides onsite user support and troubleshooting, remote system administration, application maintenance including installations, configuration, back-up and restores.
